The Mt. St. Helens Club is southwest Washington’s oldest & favorite
outing club. Currently with 100 members & growing, the club
schedules hikes (almost) every Monday and (almost) every Saturday
year round. During the winter, hikes are often replaced by x-country
skiing & snowshoeing. Other outdoor activities include biking,
camping, canoeing and picnicking.
Monday hikes are Easy to Moderate: (3 to 7 miles & less than 1000 elevation)
Saturday hikes are Moderate to Difficult (5 to 12 miles & over 1000 elevation).

The tour will be led by City Mayor Dennis Weber, and will cover about half of the homes included in Doris Disbrow’s guide book of Old West Side homes. Meet at Kessler & Maple. Should prove to be very interesting for locals and tourists alike.
