NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the Appeal Board of Adjustment of the City of Longview Washington will conduct a rescheduled public hearing in the Council Chambers located on the 2nd Floor of City Hall, 1525 Broadway, Longview, Washington, beginning at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, February 27, 2013 to consider the proposal detailed below.

Application Number:  ABA 2013-1            

Applicant:            Highlands Neighborhood Association

Request:              A Special Property Use Permit, to establish a Highlands neighborhood community center in an existing home, on a corner lot, in the R-4 Residential District. The Community Center will be made available for Highlands Neighborhood Association meetings, neighborhood events, and as an office for service and program providers who serve neighborhood residents.

Location:              The existing residential building at 292 21^st Ave, Longview, WA 98632

Copies of the Special Property Use Permit application are available for review at the City of Longview Community Development Department, 1525 Broadway.  You are invited to attend the public hearing to express your position regarding this proposal.  Written comments should be directed to Adam Trimble Planner, P.O.
